Real-Time DX is a unique product for sure and does what it does really well. My org has looked at other products and none have provided the scope of data that we needed. Just the ability to show performance indicators for a machine in near real time is a huge help when diagnosing issues. But also, being able to see a near real time view of multiple devices in one pane of glass is fantastic. The stress level indicators make it fairly easy to find where the issues are at, and scripted actions help us gather more information or run more mundane but common scripts quickly across multiple devices. One of the most important features we depend on is triggers\alerts. Small things like triggering off of resource usage to critical functions like pools being unavailable. Getting notified early enough lets us pre-emptively research (and hopefully correct!) an issue BEFORE our user base is impacted which is our most critical goal.

Some of our most common issues have been tough to pin down, like automated actions that just stop running, and odd issues with some of the real-time\historical data. Usually restarting services is the only answer.
