Overall Comment:"I have been using ControlUp tool since 2016 (in my previous roles) and it has evolved to one of the strongest tools out there for Virtual and Cloud platforms, especially VDI platforms like Citrix. We have ControlUp DEX in our Cloud and On-Prem environments and it has been efficient and effective in every aspect an IT professional can come across."
The way ControlUp DEX platform shows the data and metrics in an intuitive way is commendable. Even a layman can understand what's going on with a system/environment. It shows you each and every metric in a graphical representation and shows historical data side by side to compare the performance with other days. It literally saves a significant amount of time for an IT professional like myself. I would also like to thank our ControlUp team who have also been incredibly responsive and supportive whenever we've needed assistance and are always ready to help. Thank you for all the support and for creating such an awesome tool. :)
