The chat support is pretty solid. The actual interface is fairly useable. It generally just works
I like the effectiveness of Rippling software in inventory and compliance management. The software supports electronic signatures which ensure maximum security. Multi-currency support and availability of reliable analytics and reporting systems. Use of the product ensures controlled spending by enhancing visibility over all expenditures. Applicant tracking systems of the software are very reliable. They ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Rippling has flexible pricing and unlimited customization.
The filters are not flexible. I would much prefer to be able to filter by (paid / unpaid), or date and name - the only way you can currently sort by name keeps popping you to all expenses screen after each receipt view, this is time consuming and a bit annoying especially if you have too many expenses and employees to go through... I hope this is on their roadmap to be made more flexible.
I think generally the UI is a bit overcomplicated at times. The contract lock-in is really annoying. And the different departments you have to weave through sucks.
We haven't had any challenges during the deployment and implementation process of the software. Customer support has been very responsive and supportive.
