Overall, we have had a great experience adapting Alation as the data catalog for our company. Alation has given us the tools needed to explore our data, document our data metrics through the use of glossaries, and diagnose our data through the data lineage tools.

Data catalog helps with indexing the data storage and it's metadata without occupying much of the Azure storage space. This helps us to improve the searching and discovery services a lot and increase the ranking. The tool also provides facilities to tag and add descriptions which helps us to enrich and supplement the data set. Microsoft provides a lot of support and documentation on how to use the tool in a more efficient manner.

The tool has an exceptional metamodel and due to its flexibility we have been able to service an extra large amount of wide range use cases; customer success is at front of mind to the vendor and they are not sparing any energy to support us and help us grow

I appreciate the integration across the various Informatica products. Initial contact from the team that addresses tickets often does not resolve the issue. Once an issue has escalated the technical support is much stronger.

Oracle is always one of the best vendor to work with. It's a big player in metadata management solution which helped us to support governance and control team by extracting metadata from Oracle platform.

I can utilize from SAP PowerDesigner as a robotic process automation tool. I can automate rough and repetitive works of our division by virtue of this product. Thus, our team members can focus the essential and crucial issues more effectively and urgently.

Having worked on a number of data management related tools and vendor, my experience of implementing and working with the Alex Solutions MM tool has been excellent. During the vendor review phase, the Alex sales team appeared to portray that proudness about the product they were offering and had excellent knowledge of the data domain and what Alex was bringing into this domain. The implementation team were very knowledgeable of the underlining technology and infrastructure required.

For us it was the only product in the market that would allow to centralize, in a easy way, a data catalog from multiple database technologies (Key pair, SQL, MongoDB, etc.). Product has a lot of features and I really loved how great was customer support and how eager they were to listen for new features/improvements for the next release.

Overall I am very pleased with our usage of DataGalaxy, both for its features and for the constructive relationship with the vendor team

Overall experience: With this SAP tool, it's quite easy to create and deploy data. Multiple formats can be used for importing data. The user interface is quite intuitive and AI based. It's the best tool for monitoring and analyzing data. It goes a long way in improving data integrity and quality. This software provides us with the best data governance and management initiatives. We are also able to manage information and data related costs

The Solidatus platform offers an excellent data lineage tool with a wide variety of use cases across industries and technologies. The tool is intuitive to use and makes complex lineages clear and easy to visualise and map. Throughout our partnership with Solidatus, we have worked with a wonderful team including expert solutions engineers who are always happy to assist with any queries or problems, and our sales/partnerships director who has helped us to expand the reach and knowledge of the product within our firm.

Definitely, Informatica remains a leader in Data Management, this deployment was part of a Data Governance strategy implementation and we definitely had a huge benefit. The only concern is that was part of the power center a legacy solution that Informatica is not providing anymore, and information did not inform us about their strategy and their road map and we don't know what is going to happen,

Data360 is an analytical tool which I use evereday and I'm really happy to have it in my company as a data scientist role. Product works really fast but should improve the efficiency of its user interface.

The customer service provided at each phase has been phenomenal. In addition, the application has been very helpful to the end users.

Excellent coverage for metadata ingestion. We have been able to trace lineage from our mainframe layer all the way out to our reporting platforms. The scanners do an excellent job with storage layer metadata and standard integration layer metadata. We have had some trouble with custom integration layer code, but ASG have been very helpful in trouble shooting those issues.
