Choosing the right CLM platform was a daunting, comprehensive process in which we vetted close to 10 different providers. All CLMs we reviewed claimed their platforms possessed the key features we needed and indicated their products could be tailored to our complicated organizational makeup and contracting process as well as more basic contracting needs. The reality is that while some of the better companies do possess similar functionality (though Id argue IA is superior), IA has at least two critical differentiators: (1) implementation and ongoing support WITHOUT any addittional/hidden costs (a sentiment repeatedly echoed by references we spoke to in such glowing fashion that it almost sounded too good to be true), and (2) intuitiveness and ease of use (we had four separate teammembers involved in the CLM decision-making process, and all four independently had IntelAgree as their top pick given the pairing of robust functionality and an incredibly user-friendly format). IA really is a different animal unlike anything Ive seen in the SaaS space when it comes to support. Despite all the customization, this was delivered in turn-key fashion due to their support, they exceeded our contracted scope w/o ever charging a penny, and they designed a fully customized system that hit every target we set out to achieve, & continued to do so post launch (tailoring systemwide features to optimize our use case upon request and w/o charge). If you want a tailored platform that will be welcomely adopted by users and that delivers ROI, dont underestimate the importance of ongoing/implementation support-it is critical to a successful system and implementation, and IA is best in show by a healthy margin in this regard
