The DMS/ADMS space is full of very high priced, functionally challenged products. This product was very inexpensive ($x M total) and has functioned flawlessly for the past 6 years. Our implementation, especially with respect to CVR is unequaled in the United States. We are completely automated 24x7 with one person supporting the solution. Can't beat those results with any alternatives. Most other vendors were unable to provide automation and in fact told us we didn't want automation and that we were not being responsible in asking for it.

Oracle has delivered on their roadmap. Development, Support, and Consulting are all excellent. Strong focus on our success with the product. Technical staff easy to work with at all levels. Upgrades and standardization have become easier over time.

Vendor is true to their word, extremely forward thinking, looks for complete systems integration, very committed to partnership and accepts our performance results as their own.

We selected the best vendor we could at the start of the project. The project execution was challenging, System has remained stable since go-live. Delivery was delayed by product issues, unforseen challenges in the interpretaion of business requirments and scope.

The experience was great. Both our company and the vendor embarked ona journey together to implement a technology solution that had never been done before. The knowledge base of the vendor to help implement this project was outstanding. No other vendor had the depth of electrical engineering expertice to understand and implement our project.

Technichally rigourous requirements with aggressive schedule that was met. Our scope of work included full scale deployment of closed loop distributino automation control combined with thousands of devices controlled centrally. This deployment represented one of the largest system wide deployments int he US and is the backbome of our reliabilty improvement strategy adn will position us for DER integration.

Solid inhouse matter experience and a clear set of business requirements. Worked with the vendor on agreeing and delivering the requirments.

Our company has been using this for more than 07 years. It is the most suitable Platform for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) so far.

Commited support team and good relationship to correct issues with the solution/application. Somethimes to deliver new features the deadline is missed. Good thechical and skilled staff.
