Product demo was tuned to showcase all the features that would help to cut down the costs of recruitment and automate most of the steps which helps to save the time. The candidate filter view shows the funnel of all the candidates who are dropped out of each stage, along with a score to see who is leading.

"ATS Link Complications Hinder FindRecruiter's Effectiveness"
Indeed, the recruiter finder works perfectly when it comes to identifying candidates, yet it is almost irreparably compromised by the difficulties with the ATS link. The candidate qualification requirements are saved here in the database system and are not possible because of the intensive candidate data import process. To start with, until FindRecruiter accepts complete integration, I would hesitate to recommend it to companies which greatly depend on ATS.
