Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.

our main need was to try integrated our Commercial System, which is located in AS400 with our ERP SAP

What do you like most about the product or service?

Well, what we like most about our infrastructure is the high availability that we have now, some time ago we were not able to get scalability regarding resources without server shutdown.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

what we dislike about the product is the service log, sometimes we have channels saturation with our AS400 and we can't find any helpful log just general ones.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

if we could start working so we should implement high availability from the beginning
