What we value the most is the fact that we can provide the feedback on the tools we are using and Vendavo acts based on that feedback - usually they implement our suggestions in one of the upcoming releases. Where is still an opportunity for improvement is the response to the critical incidents - where we really need timely response.

We developed excellent relationships with their project staff that allowed implementation to go smoothly. I do wish their systems were more flexible (more configuration, less hardcoding) but I'm sure with their new round of funding they're well on their way.
