Our use case involved using user task , service task , decision gateway , rest service task , email task etc. Rest service task is the latest addition which I wanted include in our flow but there were some restrictions while using it."

What do you like most about the product or service?

It provides a powerful web interface and I liked use of email task and user task which I used many times in between workflow where we feel to notified and any create any user task which requires manual intervention.

Activiti has no native support of rule engine, it only has basic support of Drools.

Actitivi has lower learning curve as it provides good ducumentation and provides advanced web interface which helps to start/manage processes.
