We chose KPMG to be our Coupa Implementation partner via a competitive process. Their powered procurement methodology delivers as they market it. It gave us a simple framework against which we implemented our Coupa solution. This combined with highly experienced and qualified consultants allowed us to deploy source to contract elements within 3 months of the project kick-off and have the full Source to Pay suite operating within 11 months and the whole UK project completed in 18 months.
