I believe that this is a great product because no matter the project that I am working on I am able to save all of my documents on one platform no matter the device that I am using. This is very helpful when I have to go between multiple different devices from working at home to working in a different environment or maybe I dont have access to my personal equipment but I still want to get my work done and then it is so convenient to be able to use Google Drive because it just makes the process so much easier and having all of these different platforms whether it docs, sheets, etc. all of them are available on the drive. another great reason is that you are able to upload into the Drive and there is so much free storage available as well to users.

Migrating to OneDrive was a huge gamechanger for our business. Where we previously invested long hours managing storage on our work laptops, the implementation of OneDrive enabled us to store large files on the cloud and avoid clutter to help optimize our laptop efficiency.

Box is easy to use and dependable. We work with other cloud service providers but our users really prefer Box.

It is available on multiple platforms like Widows, iPhone, Android, Mac, etc. Data file can also e uploaded with the drag and drop feature which is good. When sharing files, receiver does not need to have a account to view that file.
