Overall, it's a sound product and I believe this is the best Cloud platform available, although I only have limited experience with other platforms.

I have worked with Laserfiche for almost 20 years now. I was an end user when I worked as a Permit Technician for a jurisdiction. For 10 years I worked to annually scan records for long term retention. That resulted in microfilm, laserfiche, and then eventually digital files which you can imagine made ensuring you had found any/all records for responding to records requests a chore. Staff wouldn't realize there were four mediums to check (when you add in hard copy/paper). I worked closely with the City Clerk's Office and their distributor (I think CDI) and worked on the team to fully digitize and marry everything up in the system. That was the first time I was introduced to the magic of Workflow (the vendor did the work and I supplied the data and ideas) and was hooked. I moved to the City Clerk's Office of another agency and have been neck deep in records management. During the scramble of the COVID shutdowns a petitioned "my people" for the opportunity to use some of my time at home to get Gold Certified. I am so excited to begin starting automated processes and staff is starting to understand how great it can be.

Excellent pre-deployment engagement with Box consultants. Migration project management and technical support is also first class. Without the migration consultancy, the migration of our content would have taken far longer and extended the delivery date of the project.

We are about 4 years into our M-Files journey and there have been some issues related to user adoption, but that is more the result of not wanted to change. It has only gotten better since we implemented. I am able to develop and implement new workflows and efficiencies that have made a serious impact to performance. We are also ahead of the curve when it comes to some IT document related goals.

Hyland is the best software company that I have worked with in my 25+ year IT career. Their Customer Support far out ways any other software vendor I have ever worked with in my career. Our migration from OnPrem to the cloud was incredibly easy with the Engineering team we were assigned.

OpenText xECM is a great product with great people and service.

Overall, our experience was incredibly positive. I have listed each frustration or limitation below, but on the whole, these were very minor in an otherwise positive sales experience, implementation experience, and support experience. In comparing our staff User Happiness levels (via survey from our old system and 1 month after transitioning to SER's Doxis), the values doubled after the transition to Doxis with 99% of respondents agreeing that this tool meets or exceeds their requirements and that it's easy to use. Our experience with the sales team was of constant impression as they were the only vendor that could clearly and intelligently articulate thorough responses to our many questions through the sales process. Our experience with the implementation team is that they are quite intelligent individuals who worked tirelessly to understand our use cases, define innovative solutions to meet or exceed them, and collaborated closely with us on tweaks to the solutions as we tested them to ensure they were the best fits for our team and would allow us to scale efficiently with decisions and solutions that were the best solution for both short- and long-term needs. We are appreciative of every member of the SER team through our selection process, implementation, and support. We feel we have a very positive partnership with them - a partnership that exceeds our typical experience with other software vendors, and one that we know will support a strong future for our company.

DocuWare has a perfect integration with Microsoft 365 and you can integrate with DocuSign. What we like the most is how easily you can combine invoice processes and doc management using DocuWare.

Th pricing model is very flexible and customer support is round the clock.

The product is constantly evolving and AODocs meets with us to discuss what's coming, how we can benefit from the improvements or changes and provides business use case examples. They share the roadmap for what is on the horizon. The vendor meets regularly with our team to review any issues/enhancement requests. There is an open line of communication. Support issues are resolved quickly.

Easy to use, at the end, no training needed. No production issues/failures. Extremely solid.

The best part is its extensive capabilities which include but not limited to data governance, data discovery, data mapping and master data management.

This tool protects all our organization information,data and documents from internal and external threats.It is simple to organize and manage documents using NetDocuments.It is simple to access and use this tool as it's always available.

We have great benefits by using their automated work flow management service which is time saver. Also the integration and deployment is excellent.

Keeping up with the pace of business with the help of Perceptive Content ensure your workforce is productive from anywhere. The Documents App is really helpful to view the content stored and manage within perceptive Content. it has been so easy to create public and private filters for viewing content. it provide a simplified, secure, unified access to your content and capture additional pages to the current document. Navigation has been so simplified thorugh the Tasks App that give flexibility to user to create or complete tasks from anywhere, at any time.

Overall we were very satisfied with the d.velop prodcut and the provides (cosulting) service during and after the projoct. Specially the flexibility of that tool and the continious improvements (e.g. fulfillments of legal requirements) are very strong.

The vendor professional services has done excellent work for us over a span of 7 years. Additionally the support is wonderful.
