Being in the Service delivery Industry and end user of M-Files I experienced a very positive performance. It's a powerful document and information management tool that can transform how we can handle and retrieve information. It is particularly well-suited to projects with complex data needs (i.e. financial services). Its smooth information retrieval functionality, flexible storage options and enhanced security options given additional advantages to all of my team members and project stakeholders. Overall I am a happy user of M-Files.

The solution has significantly improved our invoice management process, simplifying activities and enhancing the user experience within the entity. Among the points that have worked well, it's worth mentioning that they succesfully integrated with our bank's accounting ERP quickly and easily. The tool is very robust and reliable, and the performance is exceptional. As for areas for improvement, they could better communicate the ongoing enhancements or changes that they make to the solution, and perhaps include more training activities to fully realize the potential of the solution.

"Incredible partnership and investment in long term quality"

Overall, our experience was incredibly positive. I have listed each frustration or limitation below, but on the whole, these were very minor in an otherwise positive sales experience, implementation experience, and support experience. In comparing our staff User Happiness levels (via survey from our old system and 1 month after transitioning to SER's Doxis), the values doubled after the transition to Doxis with 99% of respondents agreeing that this tool meets or exceeds their requirements and that it's easy to use. Our experience with the sales team was of constant impression as they were the only vendor that could clearly and intelligently articulate thorough responses to our many questions through the sales process. Our experience with the implementation team is that they are quite intelligent individuals who worked tirelessly to understand our use cases, define innovative solutions to meet or exceed them, and collaborated closely with us on tweaks to the solutions as we tested them to ensure they were the best fits for our team and would allow us to scale efficiently with decisions and solutions that were the best solution for both short- and long-term needs. We are appreciative of every member of the SER team through our selection process, implementation, and support. We feel we have a very positive partnership with them - a partnership that exceeds our typical experience with other software vendors, and one that we know will support a strong future for our company.
