FactSet is an easy to use platform from registration to actually using the platform. The dedicated customer service team they offer is immediately available and is able to answer all questions quickly. They even directly show you how to aggregate the data you need and will directly pull the data you want then email it to you. The platform is very holistic and broad, but after a few uses, it is very easy to understand especially with the strength of their customer service.
