I use Skype as my primary communication channel. Always good and reliable for desktop. The mobile phone Android version is also good. The good thing is it works on all platforms and the video and audio quality is superb. Skype is far better than other competitors because of its security and robustness as it has very nice features to get in touch with other users. It has an intuitive interface with strong features like screen sharing, file transfer, and group calling which serves as an effective tool for both personal and business interactions. Scheduling meetings and chat services is the best part of Skype. It keeps all the scheduled meetings in a calendar which never leaves you in a mess. Its customer support is also very good who are there for your help every hour. I highly recommend everyone to have skype installed in their smart phones and in desktops.

We're using CUCM as our internal PBX solution, integrated with Jabber for IM. The solution is great and stable. We have around 1000 users with different phone model. The system is connected to external world with PRI and SIP trunk, using CUBE. The redundancy is guaranteed by 3 different CUCM servers located in different sites.

Overall very happy with the implementation, the only issue we had was the techs installing it completed 97% of it, but because the system was comprehensive, they left a couple of minor things, which when we found out about them, were fixed easily. Very good system. We intend on installing the same system in another location and integrate the capabilities of the systems to cross over for overflows in calls and other things. Simple to use, very reliable.

Voice was used in my old comapny and I thought it worked well with how we were situated. Our team were reliant on hot desking and we all had our own Voice logins which made it easy to access any phone and use it as if it were our normal desk.

It was nice working with them always, on time and try by all means to deliver what is needed. But I would like them to improve on communication part, the communication was a bit sluggish at times, you find out that they were supposed to send some communication but it arrives later or it's not clear or communicated properly.
