For the Castle Program, IBM was contracted for software development across multiple applications, entry points, product development and launch. The outcome has exceeded the initial timeframe expectations and agreement maintaining quality, cost and risk. Not only has IBM worked within their own squads, they have exceeded their targets and delivered ahead of schedule and worked with other vendors within other squads to improve the overall program schedule and delivery timeframe.

Exceptional customer management throughout the entire process. Very personable and relationship based organisation. CI&T have felt like part of our extended team, as opposed to a typical service provider. They have been a pleasure to work with.

Atos has been a great partner during the pandemic, adjusting quickly to our needs when financial resiliency was a focus, and also with ramping back up when we needed to get back to full capacity. From a staff augmentation perspective, the majority of our automation program is staffed with talent from Atos. The onshore/offshore model has worked well, and where we need improvement, Representative and the leadership team have been a great partner in helping us make adjustments.
