Simple enough to translate existing SQL scripts for migration, all essential RDMS capabilities covered
Free tooling support is limited, and the tools are not very mature, quite clunky to work with / administer. Settings for transactionality and being able to apply groups of scripts at once are too complex and more sophisticated than necessary, default settings too are often unintuitive
