SEO Mode is my favorite mode with Jarvis. Because most of the writing I do needs to include specific keywords, writing in this mode integrates those specific keywords so that a blog can rank better with Google.
I'd say that the only real con of Jarvis is the learning curve. If you haven't used an AI-based writing tool before, it can take a while to catch on and to learn the best way to utilize this tool.
