ANSYS Fluent really helps in efficiently validating the thermal performance of the products we design with utmost productivity. The efficient use of this tool for CFD has reduced the number of iterations of product prototypes which are physically produced.

Nltye's product is second to none and their training and deployment methods were excellent.

Schneider is very strong, durable, and long-lasting. Its highly effective in protecting devices that require high-voltase power.

I have worked with Vertiv for many years, since they were Avocent; a great group of people. They went through a rough patch when Emerson owned them, but now that they are Vertiv things have gotten much better. Trellis is a little slow. It is very large and complex, but it is improving all the time. They are moving away from java, which is a great idea.

The product is extremely easy to implement and use and give you great overview of the assets status.

From start to finish the vendor has been exceptional in everything, initial presentation of the product, product features and navigation. Explained the model and pricing structure up front. Is exceptional in support all the time, very responsive and always follows through. I have worked with many vendors and Cormant, surpasses all of them in vendor support and customer satisfaction. Implementation of the product was seamless and with Cormant customer support we were live within one day. However, we are now in the development stage, and support was right there guiding us through the initial set up from the data provided to them. Cormant provided initial training and documentation to help with the development. Pros: Seamless set up, user friendly interface, very intuitive design to quickly develop data structure, easy report generation, fully customizable including addition of templates, attributes and icon groups to make design of your DCIM to have the look and feel of the physical data center. Dashboards are quick and straight forward to be set up and used for any progress reporting. There are many other features that make Cormant DCIM top on the list. Pricing levels include the entire product and no need to buy separate modules to achieve your DCIM goals. Cons: I can think of very few that can be compared to other products, maybe as with most DCIM tools there is a small learning curve, however, with Cormant this in easily solved with a dedicated Administrator.

As a security engineer, I find Device42 to be invaluable when I need to find ownership or other details about any of our on-prem servers (physical or virtual)

Utilizing Sunbirds DCIM Tool dcTrack has made me more efficient at my job and helping the teams that use it work more efficiently as well. dcTrack has become our Gold Copy so to speak with regard to tracking our assets. It helps the Operations team find devices quickly, without having to look in multiple places for where assets should be. Sunbird has created a do it all tool that works, it does what it says it will do and the level of support you get with it is first rate. the uses and possibilities are endless.

Athenta with their unique solutions are easy to integrate with our infra systems, easy to use & easy to maintain. Their products are very different in-terms of monitoring, management and operations. Athenta as a company is very good in technology deployment, the support services are great to work with.

The team is very responsive to the needs of the customer. The tailor their approach to the site specific needs of the user and provide transparency for all aspects of the delivery of your product.

Everything that CommScope has is easy to use and understand.

We are workinig von FNT since 1997. We had up and down but we are satisfied and happy since the company is healthy growing.

RF Code checks our requirements, if they have then they provide directly. If they do not have a solution they work directly with us to develop a solution for us

Tuangru DCIM people are very helpful and always want to make sure that we are completely satisfied with the answers they give us. They always try to improve their tool and are open to suggestions from us. If we had any questions and wanted a demo, they gladly set up a time for us and did a meeting with sharing desktops to exactly demonstrate the tool.

SmartZone has brought us much more control in our data center and we now have an idea of where we sit as far as "end of life" on all of our equipment. When our vendors ask us questions regarding length of ownership, power usage, and location for our equipment, we simply use our SmartZone DCIM. Our Panduit representative was extremely helpful throughout the installation process. We are showing a reduction in our cooling costs, energy savings, and we have much easier MACS.

Our Schneider team , supporting out EcoStruxure IT Advisor and Data Center Expert environments have been fantastic from day one! Representative was previously using a disjointed DCIM solution, and in some cases - spreadsheets. Our implementation of IT Advisor (formerly Data Center Operation) and Data Center Expert at our premier site has been invaluable from a data collection and troubleshooting perspective. Team has even put representative in front of the product teams to provide direct feedback and it has been great to see some of that implemented over the course of IT Advisor iterations.

Product was very good

While relatively new, they understood the challenges and importance of the desired design we wanted when they designed the software. Communication connectivity between multiple systems was so simple to implement versus other packages.
