My overall experience for this product is outstanding as a user of this product.

I appreciated the chance of a trial period for the driver to evaluate if CData could fulfill my ODBC connection to Zendesk. I was overwhelmed with the support provided to me during that period. I had expected that as a "trial user" (aka not a significant source of revenue), I would be relegated to "how-to" support from CData. Unfortunately, I discovered that data being served from Zendesk was missing crucial "Solve Date" data for cases that Zendesk resolved beyond their archival date. In the support ticket with CData, I had noted some relevant articles explaining this behavior and workarounds. I had already resigned to the fact that a vendor would put this into a long backlog of "enhancements." Still, their Support and Development team surprised me: They gave me a temporary workaround immediately and, within a couple weeks had issued me a test driver with a permanent fix. The support engineer explained every step and expectation to me, keeping me in the loop and knowledgeable about the status of my request. They were highly responsive to my feedback and quickly resolved other issues with the same unexpected turnaround speed. I was so impressed with their response that I decided to purchase the CData driver before resolving the case. I'm happy to report that I have a full working dataset now and the reassurance that my reporting needs are a top priority for their team. CData is now a core of my reporting and I will be looking to them for other data sources!

It offers our storage infrastructure the means of handling data virtualization, such that all data in various locations can be quickly and easily analyzed. I have been working with it for few years already and it has made it easier and cost-effective to analyze data from several sources and locations.

TIBCO Data Virtualization has developed a platform for tracking, managing and reporting on the various stages of the sales process. It is a powerful tool that has increased efficiency through its visualization forms. I could not imagine functioning without this tool after experiencing its benefits. For the foreseeable future, i will continue to use TIBCO Data virtualization.

Data Virtuality provides an easy to use and flexible tool that covers a lot of BI-related use cases. As a Data Analyst I use Data Virtuality on a daily basis, for example to create automated business reports, to build views for Tableau or for ad-hoc analysis. The tool provides a great framework to access multiple data sources through a virtualization layer. As a user I don't need to understand the specifics of every source system, I only need to know how to write standard SQL, the universal language of Data Virtuality. The Data Virtuality company also has an excellent customer support team which is always available to provide solutions if we ask for help.

Firstly, I crawl raw data in S3 Buckets by Amazon Crawler. Then, I use glue to process data in the Amazon Crawler Catalogs.

Providing a good technical platform nowadays is a commodity. The way K2View thinks (and thus how the platform is constructed) is very out of the box and makes it easier for businesses to adopt the use of mash-data. The trick is to not see data as a result of functionality but rather as the starting-point. The idea is to directly expose data to a user (via a portal etc) and have events to read or alter the data trigger functionality. This way triggering micro-services/api's are a result rather then the objective.

With AI and ML features, it facilitates the creation of a knowledge graph.We can easily create workflows, perform mapping and transformation for a set of triples, and consume the knowledge graph via endpoints. Options like the graph builder, EasyNav to visualise graph and knowledge editor are excellent.

Overall, it's a decent interface. Ties rather seamlessly to most data sets and provides clarity and governance to your clinical data.
