The experience with Nexthink has generally been very positive and as a DEX tool, Nexthink provides some really useful insight into the performance of our end user compute estate and the digital experience of our colleagues. The transition from the on-prem platform to Infinity (cloud-based) was relatively seamless and we now have access to many more resources that will really help us get the best out of the product. In an IT Service Delivery world, colleague experience is key and Nexthink can really help to deliver great experience for colleagues - if you can provide the resource to manage it.

Though out our implementation, setup, testing and deployment. Technical questions and issues they have been there to assist! During the second year we purchased additional assistance for setup of sql reporting and instruction creation. This had a very positive effect on our adoption and creation of instructions and as means of training for developing our own fixes would suggest this service as well.
