The experience with Nexthink has generally been very positive and as a DEX tool, Nexthink provides some really useful insight into the performance of our end user compute estate and the digital experience of our colleagues. The transition from the on-prem platform to Infinity (cloud-based) was relatively seamless and we now have access to many more resources that will really help us get the best out of the product. In an IT Service Delivery world, colleague experience is key and Nexthink can really help to deliver great experience for colleagues - if you can provide the resource to manage it.

This Lakeside Systrack Product has been a game changer for our Business. Prior to having this product, it was very difficult to find wider problems and solutions. This tool really does find the needle in the haystack for you.

Tanium extended endpoint management is very much praised by users of our organization. It was bought into our organization by the demand of some of the MSP clients, they were impressed by the security and interaction with endpoints in real-time, getting the responses which is the foundation for proactive management. Customized dashboards and reports attracted everyone a lot. Overall it is very scalable, real-time visibility highlights its effectiveness in endpoint management.

I had a wonderful experience. The vendor was very responsive to our requirements and questions. We had unique asks, and they were willing to work with us and provide a solution.

Though out our implementation, setup, testing and deployment. Technical questions and issues they have been there to assist! During the second year we purchased additional assistance for setup of sql reporting and instruction creation. This had a very positive effect on our adoption and creation of instructions and as means of training for developing our own fixes would suggest this service as well.

Ivanti's support is by far one of the best I've ever dealt with. On the rare occasion when I cannot find a solution in their vast online knowledgebase, I know that I can call them and the fix is resolved within an hour. They're technical resources are extremely knowledgeable.
