Qu user experiences across the various facets of the product (POS terminal, admin capabilities, KDS, etc.) are sound, but their integration capabilities are a little more immature than expected. Having edge hardware is great for reliability but requires appropriate support. Product roadmap conversations run hot and cold with respect to our business needs.
