Overall experience has been great. However they did their first upgrade to their new CMS a few months back. The process was terrible. First of all they changed their URL to manage the devices and didn't tell anyone. Devices wouldn't work and I would put in a ticket just to wait for it to be picked up a week later. Sometimes I would get responses to tickets that I had done forgot I opened it took so long. They did eventually fix all the issues and it works great. And up until this issue the system has been flawless. I guess chalk it up to a rocky upgrade.
