What do you like most about the product or service?

This product helpful with two db repositories also deployment need traditional way

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Deployment , for scaling required server expansion, no containerization

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

Will deployment on cloud , create micro services for creation of case, export,search data , for access will integrate with cloud AD

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

Expose more services as well as performance of document export
