I use Veeam everyday. It's a great piece of software that works well.

The product gives us 100% uptime. We manage 100% Run Rates on back up jobs 99.9% of the time. We seldom make calls to support. When we do the time to resolution is always quick and well within a reasonable amount of time. I have had a few zoom sessions that have been less than 10 minutes. Their support engineers always follow up with a quick guide on what they did and why for our internal notes policy. The GUI, although a bit dated and slow, is easy to use and does have an HTML5 web GUI available but not complete enough for all the daily work. The Java portion is very bad as it's slow and consumes far too much memory and is liable to slow everything down for us admins. Making changes, adding new servers etc. is very easy and quickly accomplished. Collecting logs although not required regularly is tedious and could be with being automated.

We migrated to Cohesity almost four years ago from our legacy backup appliance. We have NEVER regretted the change. Since our migration, the amount of time required to manage and complete backups has dropped significantly. With the ability to have on-prem and cloud solutions working together has allowed protection of both all of my on-prem needs and still protect all of our cloud needs as well.

The implementation was quite easy and can be done by a skilled technican with ease. Bootstrapping the cluster is as easy as answering some questions on a commandline, like cluster name, ip configuration, VLANs, etc. The UI is self explanatory and if one has a question, the Knowledgebase and the Support Team are always helpful. Personally I like the automation capabilites, like the RESTful API, which can also be administrated by the PowerShell Commandlets Rubrik provides. That's a really convenient solution for automating tasks. The SLA based backups are straight forward and instant recovery of a virtual machine for example, can be done by selecting a recovery point in the calender and lean back, while Rubrik does everything that needs to be done. It automatically renames the old VM, powers it down, starts the new VM and that in about 2 minutes on an average sized VM. Storage vMotion can be done in the background. RSC also has the capability to scan your backups for known Viruses and Ransomware, without affecting the production machines. This feature also enables the user to create his own rules (e.g. YARA, Regex, Hashes...). Additionally sensitive data can be discovered like unencrypted payment or customer information. And last but not least an automated, orchestrated Recovery Plan can be triggerd in case of a Ransomware infection.

The setup process was very simple and the support staff walked us through each step. Once we had backups configured, we were shown how to easily restore data and manage the service overall. We continue to receive support sessions and get answers to any questions or issues in a timely manner.

Commvault is easy to use and administer on daily usage. The setup is not complex and easily understand. It is a lot like an install, run and forget tools. And the most fantastic part of being part of the family to use Commvault, the support team is just exceptionally good.

Great product. It has a really easy interface for the non tech savvy personnel. Also it has insights on bandwidth , total transferred data, Jobs, total backup storage etc. It has saved us enumerous times from server outage and failures

Inline to organization vision needed to expand data protection solution to our remote site with strong approach to protect data ransomware protection. Veritas solution with software and appliance helped to address primary concern.

Agent is a great asset and makes transactions easy. also the customer needs where prioritized and the pre sales process was very simple and easy.

We feel more comfortable having this "net" in today's world of daily cyber events.

Simple product to learn understand and use. The account team is very good at engaging needed experience leads to solve issues.

The Veritas Bexec system is a useful program that can support many features from a single console. I really enjoyed using its features and they are efficient in taking care of my infrastructure VMs.

Microsoft Azure has a proficient experience in its services delivery, as it is a scalable platform for back up management, and it has useful security policies. The monitoring of all content is managed or governed in a central scope.

Actifio is easy to use and has been useful for creating our Dev environment for our 100 plus developers

Spectrum Protect is a long-established product that was developed for professional data protection. You can just rely on it, but you have to know what you are doing.
