Google Vault was so easy to "deploy" for our team. I really just had to make sure it was turned on and thats it. It kind of runs in the background and then when you need it, you set your parameters and find what you need!

At our organization, electronic documents generated by our employees are very important. Therefore, long-term storage of the File Server shared by employees is required. Recently, due to the ransomware issue, we urgently needed to protect electronic documents, so we introduced Enterprise Vault that can be linked with WORM storage. The archiving system was opened last month and has been working very well with no problems.

I have been very impressed with the archiving feature in Mimecast and we have actually used this as a replacement for legacy user shared mailboxes. It is easy to search and locate items and due to its easy view users pick it up easy.

Microsoft exchange online archiving solution is cloud based, fast and powerful archiving tool with efficient ways of searching and retrieving is simple. Frequent updates and ability to store the mails on real time basis with greater storage options. Tool is reliable and easy to use to store the mails securely at organization level. Office 365 and exchange online together serves the purpose and it would be good if Microsoft bundle along with the Office 365 suite to make it more integrated and avoid any loss of mails or manual interventions. On-premise implementation saved cost and it's is fast and smooth. It keeps the mails safely in case of any device failure on real-time basis. Overall it's a cost effective tool and adds good value. Recommended tool to all sizes of firms.

As an administrator tasked with managing our organizations data archiving needs, our experience with Proofpoint Enterprise Archive has been largely positive, albeit with a few areas of improvement. What has worked well has been their "Robust Archiving Capabilities", their "User-Friendly Interface", and how they help with our compliance and legal requirements.

I like Barracuda's Message Archiver solution as it provides a very good email archiving solution. I am able to quickly search based on a wide variety of search fields. The archiver is able to bring up email, then allow me to view the message, send it back to the user or send it to an alternate address. I can select how long I wish to keep archived emails, providing the flexibility I need for varying types of messages. Along with these features the archiver allows us to create custom audit reports for our compliance needs. The appliance easily connects with Microsoft's Exchange in the cloud O365 or an on-premise solution. We also like the ability to perform message tagging, place legal holds and create content policy. As mentioned above, we create policy based on the type of email being archived.

This company has worked with us not just as a vendor but as a partner. I have felt that they have responded to our needs and supported us well.

There is a lot of good stuff. The platform is easy to use, and efficient. The archiving and rules engines work very well. Smarsh is focused on improving their services and platform, and it shows. The setup is easy and makes sense. The searches are easy to use, and the queues are easy to set up. Cases are easy to create and export. The customer service has always been really good, and everyone is very helpful. They will go out of their way to help. The platforms have been stabilized, the reviews run really well, and the cases run smoothly. The customer service personnel are all willing to help, and will work on correcting issues. The parts that could use some improvement are the Reports, which I believe is being worked on. It would be nice if there was a ad hoc report or to be able to search by reviewer.

This Backup and recovery as well as archiving tool is the best in the market currently and we use it for the same purposes in our organisation. Its been a simple and easy implementation. The ability to move large amounts of data from primary storage is very helpful. Our overall experience has been positive and overwhelming.

This product has been excellent to use. The interface is easy to use, the archival process has been consistent and very reliable. We have performed upgrades and they have gone smoothly, without issue. The few times I've called tech support, they have been very responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

Dell Source one is easy to use and has lot of features to cater the large organization storage needs for all the data, email etc with ease. It allows the user to store the data from multiple sources and provides unique identification number for tracking and retrieving. Data is highly secured and has cloud back up which is really easy for users to retrieve as and when needed. It becomes very important for day to day archiving needs to maintain the high level of compliance

Product designed for collection and create a government for data that allows use and manipulation at will, a very good option for handling information easily, quickly and with solutions for any situation.

It's a very effective compliance management software by Bloomberg. We like it for its features like communication monitoring, data storage in WORM format, TLC encryption, searching and analyzing large amount of data. Migration was easy and Support from Bloomberg is outstanding.

The customer support team helped me deal with a problem and saw it through until it was resolved.

I am very comfortable with Veritas Vault's data management and security. It is very useful for us as it lets us clear our memory without losing information. We can clear all unwanted data and get them stored for the future. Data are securely stored in archives for future use. We use it all across my company.

Archive Center is an excellent tool as the backend storage for Content Server and numerous other application like SAP
