I like how the web portal is easy to use and operate through. I like having an online eFax that users can fax from the WE Connect Portal. I like that you can login to a phone when you go to a different office.
My 2 basic phone lines have never worked in the 3 years we have had the system. I do not like that I cannot set the caller ID to be the users name or company name it is only the phone number that is an option. I do not like how long it takes to resolve a ticket.
