Vbrick were very professional in troubleshooting and resolving mission critical issues. I opened a case regarding multiple issues with rev and that as of now one of your DME's is down. They created incident number: 00073487. Vbrick CS Plan for Resolution: As I mentioned over the phone, was to update my case priority to a higher priority and go ahead and escalate my case to their engineers so that they could assist me. DME was running out of disk space on a 100 gb drive. With the engineer assistances i was able to add 2 TBs of disk space. Also users were unable to login using ldap, after doing ldap snyc, users were able to access university videos.

Panopto has provided a solution to meet our institution's needs for academic video. The solution enables faculty to easily generate video content, include engagement strategies, while tracking student data/use.

Media Platform has been extremely responsive and competent throughout the selection and implementation process. Over our 2 years as customers we have run into issues and code bugs, but these have always been resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. From the time we selected the vendor to the time we produced our first live large-scale meeting was around 4 months, including the cloud piece and a hybrid model on premise servers for live distribution. The implementation was successful beyond what we expected.

Integration worked fine. Appreciated direct access to support. At the beginning it was a little bit complicated to get the proper offers as we were not able to order directly.

We implemented Qumu to replace an aging technology for streaming. After a slightly rocky start we were able to implement qumu successfully. Essentially we did not size our infrastructure effectively for our network Instead of off-loading services such as Data base and storage we tried to run on a single box Qumu was very helpful and full of expertise once we engaged them to install the correct infrastructure. Since that time we have had good reliablility and support from Qumu. We have now been using Qumu for almost 10 years. They continue to be very responsive and reliable. We stream over 30 Programs a week with very few issues.. Our customer base loves the ability to view from any device.

The experience is great because this video content management's interface is easy to understand. Moreover, the customer support is always reachable, which streamlines our processes when managing our video content using F5 Distributed Cloud services. It is simple to manage.

The company was one of several that we looked at for providing a replacement of our current Content Delivery Network. The others did not provide hit all, if any, of the requirement needed for our needs. Over all the Ustream experience has been amazing. Feature implementation has been consistent, reliable and most importantly useful. I'm most excited for further integration with Watson. I think Ustream will tie this all together with the latest in this ground breaking technology. Any inconsistencies with the service are around their streaming handshake with broadcast codecs but even this their engineering team has always catered to us and assisted.

INXPO Studio is one of the best streaming platforms available. Our company has used this platform for hybrid webcasting and works great on a global scale. Their support is second to none.
