The Duck Creek Policy system has met all of our expectations.
The Duck Creek platform is capable of satisfying very broad requirements with a easy to learn and easy to use configuration platform. Support is also excellent.
We have not really encountered any notable issues. The system performs as expected.
Be very specific when evaluating solutions, make sure the solution you pick matches your needs, now and in the future without customizations. Customizations will greatly increase total cost of ownership and time to market.
