HR technology selection — Evaluate existing HR technologies to determine their effectiveness and alignment with transformation goals. Provide recommendations for selecting or upgrading HCM solutions, HR information systems (HRISs), and other HR technologies such as employee self-service, chatbots or virtual assistants.
HR structure design — Analyze existing functional structure(s), showcasing external best practices and agreeing on a desired future state of HR structure. This includes roles, job grades, reporting lines, spans of control, ways of working within HR, and ways of working between HR and the business.
HR competency design — Analyze new roles and derive future relevant competencies. Identify gaps between current proficiency levels and future needs, and suggest initiatives to close those gaps.
HR process design — Analyze existing HR processes, uncover inefficiencies and identify processes that can be standardized, centralized or automated. Set up a process governance framework to determine the appropriate level of process standardization (e.g., globally standardized, locally customized).
