Nasuni's File Services Platform has provided an intuitive and reliable experience for both administrators and users. It has elevated the support we are able to provide relating to file services tremendously.

CTERA Portal and Edge Filers have been deployed in multiple regions for our business use case. Edge Filers are used to expose Samba Shares for our Windows Users and Applications. Applications write to Samba Shares and data is transferred from filer to portal to another filers. This has been working seamlessly. There are issues here and there but we work with Support to resolve them

This is a very classy product from AWS. We use it for backing up our on premise database instances flawlessly. We use a lot of Audit logs and they tend to get to 100s of GBs per day, so AWS storage gateway help us to scale our storage infrastructure without having the need to buy additional Storage on premise for things such as audit logs. Great product!!

NetApp's AltaVault is the best solution for Cloud Backup with reasonable cost. Apps run with excellent speed and in best way as you expect it to.

You can store your data on the cloud portal. You can manage your device from Azure portal. Also, basicly backup your files or folders. This device could run hybrid . Some of data will store at On-prem infrastructure ,some of data will store cloud.

Very nice product especially for collaboration and consolidation of the file services

We deployed the FXT 5200 cluster with little issues,. The issues we did encounter involved the complexity of our CIFS permissions and how they previously worked with NetApp. Given we wanted to move all of our end-user departmental data from on premise to AWS S3, the vendor gave us their suggested sizing. We found out after deploying 20 of our 100+ shares that we were sized too small for the workload that was needed. Users continually complained about slowness to open files, etc and it became apparent this was going to be unacceptable. During this entire process, Avere was dedicated to working with us through all the issues that arose; they then suggested we deploy the FXT 5600 cluster for maximum speed. We brought in the new cluster and stood it up and switched the connections over and our users began singing songs in their honor. Currently we still have the FXT 5200 cluster on site and we are using it as a deployment cluster to get the rest of the shares deployed into the FXT 5600 cluster without disrupting our other users. Avere has the BEST customer support of any vendor I have ever worked with, they assign one person to work with you from start to finish so that you are not handed off to someone who needs to get up to speed on the issue at hand. Sometimes there may be several people working on the issue, but one point person who knows everything about your environment. Their communication with their customers has been outstanding.
