This product has saved the time of our working environment in more than one way. The ability to be able o customize your own page to your company needs is part of the objectives that microsoft has been trying to develope into its ccore functions. You can decide what type o f page you want to build andd for what purpose. In our workplace we need a huge file repository thats easily abailable and ready in any time. The fact that its so customizable lets us link between almost 1t5 compiuter on diferent building level seemlesly. I do believe that miccrosoft is trying to encompass all of its diferent tools to be able to wrok together, easilly and as i told seemlessly. It a llows to develope your own database, sahre it with your teemmates or work space and cooperate in ways that will let your team use time wiselly and organize themselves.

We use Elastic Search as part of the ELK stack with Kibana for dashboarding. The set up we have is a minimal one used for continuous audit through audit hooks dumping logs to logstash and metrics are made searchable through elastic search. So far the product has been working great and it the set up was easy enough provided that the underlying prerequisites are met especially log ingestion. However, do be aware that it can hog precious computing resources especially when indexing large amount of logs/metrics.

Microsoft SharePoint allows my organization the flexibility to provide a wide range of web services to customers as well as other employees. We use SharePoint to enhance our employee productivity by providing personal webpages, internet based storage, project collaboration websites and Power Bi dashboards. We interact with customers through custom form webpages and calendar collaboration/appointment solutions. The SharePoint product is very robust allowing us to interface with almost all of Microsoft's products, as well as create custom webpages as needed. The management portal(s) for SharePoint are mostly intuitive and support API calls as well as programming languages like C# that our IT Department uses to create data pulling websites and forms.

We were using Attivio for ingesting bigdata results from Twitter feed (where our company's hashtag was mentioned) - it's ingesting & indexing capacity is really fast. Post indexing there were matured rules & configurations to enrich data from the unstructured data set. Also if results are not satisfactory, we can assign ranking/priority to fine-tune the results. We were also applying these rules for different vendors and on different devices. Overall it's a matured product for providing the best search experience.
