The experience in general terms I have to recognize that it has been very good, it helps us to have our work teams integrated and have detailed information on their performance in real time. This software is complete package, it is open for all communications like OPC with any DCS. The data can be modulated in n number of modes. The cloud connectivity methods are provided with ample options. The data can be read from multiple file types or sources. The cost is also cheaper then the available products in the market. the pricing plans are good.

Quite satisfied with the ease of development and use as our usecase was development from scratch and we were open for any communication protocol. Application integration and data ingestion were very easy with well available configuration options. UI for platform is robust with wide options available for quick testing of telemetry data ingestion. Live graphing tool of telemetry data integrated with platform was very useful for quick customer demo. We used only basic stream analytics on platform for sanity checks and it was good. integration to other machine learning models required quite some effort with deployment of VMs since runtime for tensorflow was not readily available.

automation is very easy and friendly with this software. we can workout our own combination and get this done very easily which greatly improved our process capabilities and timeline.
