This service has allowed us a global presence for asset recovery and disposal services. The implementation process went pretty smoothly, and like anything else, we had to adjust a few things, but we were able to change course easily.

We get what we ask for. We only use the services from ironmountain to scan dokuments and store our physical original documents. The digital documents are stored in our own eArchive. This means that we don't use OnBase or other Tools from Ironmountain

We utilized Dell IT Asset Disposition Services for the disposal of decommissioned computers as part of a migration from Windows 7 endpoints to Windows 10. The process was smooth and simple for multiple sites who were each able to manage without difficulty.
