Seeing how a company interacts with our website allows us to gauge their potential level of interest and influences how best to approach them with a follow up. The facility to assign a status to companies based on sales targets or strategy is an aspect that is particularly helpful when reviewing the visitor list. The dashboard can be personalised to include the metrics that are of most interest to the user. Trigger reports can be created to alert users to a very wide range of website visitor statistics and interactions
Improving the visitor match rate for other countries would be a positive development for us as LF is not used as much in some of our subsidiaries due to a poor match rate. Not being able to identify an individual from their email address is a weakness, however the explanation is understandable. Having an even larger database of companies would be beneficial, identified visitors are always a lot lower than visitors recorded through Analytics. With so many people now working from home, not being able to identify personal email addresses is an issue, but I understand the data protection issues.
