Itello has skilled employees (developers and business knowledge) and works relatively agile. The governance structure is flexible on a operative level. Strategically though not very flexible. Part of the software was developed in the first years from 2000 so there are many parts that needs to updated and probably part of the architecture. Itello needs to understand that their business model gain profit by providing business services included in the license fee i.e. enterprise service bus, business rule engine, workflow and process management

Very strong product from a product configuration perspective, very flexible and modular. Very good presales process, very competent contract negotiation process (for what in our situation was a complex mix of products and services). Variable delivery quality, heavily influenced by skill and experience of Sapiens delivery manager (we chose to implement without an SI partner; very little choice of SI partners with Sapiens experience in our geography). Had both poor and really good experience depending on the manager. Sapiens professional services are expensive and project planning is sometimes sub-optimal; scope and cost creep can be a real issue if not managed/ mitigated carefully by eg fixed cost projects
