This is the first managed XDR solution I've dealt with. I have nothing previous to compare it to as we moved from plain old software with the alerts it provides and having to sort these daily by myself. It's nice to have all data sources funneled down to a single pane of glass, and to have advanced technology behind the scenes sorting through the absolute tons of data to find those nuggets of nefariousness for me. And then to further enhance the experience, a team of SOC analysts grab those nuggets that come to the top and they whittle them down and only escalate the remainder that could need further investigation on my end.
