Gartner defines managed hybrid cloud hosting as a standardized, productized hosting offering that combines a cloud-enabled system infrastructure (CESI) platform — consisting of a pool of compute, network and storage hardware — and cloud infrastructure framework software to facilitate self-service and rapid provisioning. It also includes documented and standardized management for either a hyperscale public IaaS platform or a European-country-specific, large-scale IaaS platform in a local language with managed services. The infrastructure platform should be located both in a service provider's data center for the CESI platform as well as in a European country for the public IaaS platform. The geographic focus of this market is Europe.

installation of our equipment went smoothly. cabinets were delivered on time. issues....fiber run inside of building by centurylink is all single mode fiber. that caused an issue because we had to buy new optics for our equipment

Great communications and working relationships has meant getting the solution to where we need it to be has been easy. They have an established footprint in the teritories we need to ensure we can scale and expand as required with simple and transparent pricing. The feature set hasn't quite been the same as some of the other larger vendors in the market, but has been sufficient for our needs so far.

They provide very good technology and offer people with proven experience in implementing technology and migration services. Also, the operation services work very fine. Their datacenter networking team is composed of person that don't have a reasonable background on this topic. Their network architect doesn't know how he is doing. The offering process and the contract signing process takes too long time. Account managers are very very slow.
