It also either includes documented and standardized management for a hyperscale public infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform or for an IaaS platform with managed services. The geographic focus of this market is North America.

Our relationship began with Data intensity after having our Environments managed by others. Once selected, we have received excellent support and service. We started as only a DBA customer and now are fully hosted in their cloud environment. The transition had it's challenges, as we were not able to upgrade our systems to the latest versions. Data Intensity made sure we had the appropriate resources and determined the correct path to complete the implementation at the proposed cost.

This product helped store all of the companies data in a secure place. At first we didn't believe that this product was as good as it claimed to be but we soon found out the truth.

Support engineers were always available in order to provide solutions to problems and incidents. They have honoured its support nickname; Fanatical Support. On the other hand, they have some opportunities in being proactive to promote available solutions within its infrastructure. Some of those solutions can improve the transition from on-premise to cloud infraestructura.

In particular, I like the technical support offered. They are always quick to respond, thorough, and capable. As an example, when we implemented a somewhat challenging upgrade to one of our servers, the technical support contact in charge of implementing the change went the extra mile to understand our goals and help us attain them.

A lot of turmoil due to the turnover on the executive team and other mergers and acquisitions. Theyre bare-metal cloud has been the best price to performance for us; however, their public cloud and managed services leave a lot to be desired.
"A hosting company that listens"
After spending close to a year reviewing the hosting market to find a supplier that would best meet our needs we concluded that Navisite were that supplier as they ticked almost all the boxes. The main differentiator was that they listened to our requirements, and didn't try to change our architecture to fit in with their blueprint / hosting model, they worked with us to understand what we wanted and produce an offering based on that. Another point to call out is the strength of their UK team, from the sales team through to the technical teams we really couldn't fault them - responsive, dedicated and a pleasure to work with, a number of the team on our account have worked in Navisite for a number of years which is a bonus and says a lot about the company.

We used Bluelock Hybrid cloud hosting for a few years until we decided to switch to a different provider. There were no major issues with the services provided, we just felt our other option was more economical.

Overall experience is positive. However, environment stability requires oversight from client. Partnership with DXC is very strong and collaborative.

Savvis/Centurylink customer service is horrible. Have to wait for days and weeks just to get quotes for service. Actual provisioning takes several weeks.
