We are using B2Metric's products and services to analyze and predict power usage in households around Turkey. It's been a wonderful experience since the team supports us in any need we come up with. They brought us a new perspective on predictive models and reporting. Their results, rates, and scores are pretty high, which helps us to make more accurate decisions in our supply chain. They also don't charge you by the number of users, allowing us to onboard different people in different departments. Of course, there are also some cons like self-customization is not possible, UI UX could be improved, and there can be educational pages in the system so everyone could get onboard easier and faster.

I've been using WebEngage for App analytics to understand various metrics. The metrics include App Open, App Installed, App uninstalled, etc. These metrics help me to asses and take decisions that can help me to increase app installations and reduce app uninstallation. Every day, I see the performance and then take necessary actions.

Overall a solid interface and pretty easy to use. Can be used as a push notification platform to engage customers on mobile. Can be part of a successful mobile push with high engagement.

I have used Webtrends in my previous assignment, it is an okayish tool for report generation. Although it is easy to create custom reports using webtrends but it still lacks the intuitiveness and features provided by Google Analytics. The out of the box reports are still few and most of them have to be customized. The tags tend to affect the performance of the websites. Overall it isn't as good in performance as GA. We had added Google Analytics as well to its website as they are in process to completely implement GA and move away with Webtrends, as GA is capable to track and show live site visits. Webtrends implementation is a task in itself and requires advance knowledge of meta tags.
