Some of the engineers are great to work with on custom projects, so that earns some credit. When everything is working, it works very well. However, the support for issues is slacking a lot. The turnaround for problem tickets can take up to 2 weeks for a resolution. Communication in between that time is non-existent. If you are having an issue on a lower test environment, you can forget it. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to the SDLC of your business. I understand production issues take a front seat, but we are usually testing items that are needed to fix an issue in production. That should be taken into consideration.
