From an administrative standpoint, it was easy to get sso with google setup and then roll it out to our users via OKTA. We enjoyed the fact that the website offered support pages to help with the setup. Even when calling in it was easy to get on the phone with support and they were super helpful.
Hope the product includes barcode scanning and eCommerce.
