Really good cloud platform to manage and monitor application logs dashboards

During the usages i found it automates log search and analysis, as well as server and network monitoring. Speed tactical troubleshooting tool. We can collect and index all of logs data including syslogs, event, web and IIS logs in format. dynamic alerts and good for real-time reporting tool.

Have a good experience with Coralogix. I like the fact that Coralogix creates log templates automatically without the need to define regexes for them. It is just easy to use, from UI through to log analysis, to alerts and visualizations.

The vendor is very co-operative and quick in response.

The team is always very responsive and provides what I ask. I never have an issue with downtime with the system. Any downtime is usually due to changes on our side, but their team works with us to resolve in a timely manner. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a few hours and issues are far between.

Experience was very good. Its useful for analysis of distribution network in water sector for arriving optimised bill of quantities for Pipes.

This is the best Event management tool available in the market to reduce your Alert noise from multiple monitoring and enterprise tools. Integration with ServiceNow was smooth and awesome. We are loving it so far. Great results

The product is relatively easy to use and delivers what we use it for, but the more complex analytics are not always easy to understand and the ergonomy could be improved.

Moxie is a great client interaction service. It seems to have several bugs that we've experienced for quite some time that do not get addressed.

Complex technology with many movable pieces but it works. Deployment was a challenge. Need internal expertise to manage big data platforms. We had to sign up for support and service package with premium pricing. Value realization of the investment is still to be evaluated. PoC process was smooth. It worked based on their own lab setup and expertise and we quickly realized the value. As I said before, actual production based on your ingestion rate is very complex and quickly turn into a deployment with 100+ boxes in DC.

At times and in certain situations their service and product provide what we need. But there have been times when we are looking for more creativity and flexibility in their software solution. Product stability has been an issue since our last upgrade as well.
