Learning from Deloitte in this domain is what I like best. They are very creative and have many ideas. A better open-source automation solution may have helped cut costs. Automation tests and metrics are tested when a project is Agile but not Waterfall. These issues require improvement. For good reasons, Deloitte has weathered budget cutbacks' many ups and downs. The hired staff has been incredibly adaptable, diligent, and communicative. My team uses a lot of procedures and artifacts that Deloitte contractors produce daily. The company's ability to effectively create, test, and distribute high-visibility online apps was made possible in large part by Deloitte's application testing services.
