Overall Comment:"Would grade recent implementation of HCM as B-; successful implementation yet several go live issues were preventable. Expectation is to take lessons learned from this go live into future deployments and work streams with improved results, so would expect better overall experience by end of the project. On a positive, the staff is well versed and knowledgeable on Oracle Cloud."

More time was needed in the original budgeting process to better understand internal complexity of moving to the cloud. Several parts of the SOW were short on support due to the lack of complexity with several systems and business processes by both parties, which was a challenge later in the project to negotiate.
