What do you like most about the product or service?

The focus and commitment to working in Partnership to achieve tangible business outcomes. The fact that PwC were able to bring expertise from other areas of the firm to augment the technical delivery with domain SME's. The transparency and openness during the engagement which enabled us to work through challenges in an efficient and effective manner. The experience and thought leadership from a delivery point of view, which enabled us to consider risks and issues upfront.

Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.

The organisation were using an ageing on-premise application that had significant amounts of customisation. This led to numerous manual workarounds, lack of flexibility for the business, poor data quality and ability to provide decision-makers with timely analysis and recommendations for decision making.

Ensure that all areas of our organisation had a full appreciation for what it means to implement a Cloud SaaS product set. This was particularly key in the areas of IT and in the broader Support Model readiness.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

Choosing an SI that you can trust and work with in true Partnership is key. There are also challenges in complex engagements and being able to work through them in an open and constructive manner is key. It is also important to engage an SI who will challenge your organisation thinking and who are willing to be challenged.
