The implementation of the Stingray system for our company was a true partnership with the vendor and continues to be the same today. We worked together to overcome any issues that were presented and communicated constantly during the project to lessen the risks inherent with a system project. The team we work with at Sapiens is the best and is devoted to supporting our system in whatever ways we need. The only delays that were encountered were from other vendors we were trying to complete interfaces with, but once again the Sapiens team stayed on top of these issues to keep the project moving forward at all times.

PAS and P&C have been an outstanding MVP implementation. Some struggles with out of the box Billing.

Highly customizable, can develop new products quickly, all-in-one solution including the rating engine. Requires additional $ for existing customer base to take advantage of new features like their web services layer (TESL). It is still too easy to make development/configuration mistakes.

I'm making these comments based on a 10 year relationship. For 90% of the time, I am completely satisfied with the response time, the support, the incredible regulatory support that they can provide and overall willingness to "work with clients" to meet their ever demanding needs. We had a not so successful 2018, but they doesn't overwrite the prior 9 years of positive work.

Engagements have included incorporating Agencyport into our existing business lines. Also, billing and multi-function capabilities associated with underwriting and full throughput processes. Exceptional team provided by Duck Creek. Improved process and underwriting times dramatically.
