We worked together to overcome any issues that were presented and communicated constantly during the project to lessen the risks inherent with a system project. The only delays that were encountered were from other vendors we were trying to complete interfaces with, but once again the Sapiens team stayed on top of these issues to keep the project moving forward at all times.

I'm making these comments based on a 10 year relationship. For 90% of the time, I am completely satisfied with the response time, the support, the incredible regulatory support that they can provide and overall willingness to "work with clients" to meet their ever demanding needs. We had a not so successful 2018, but they doesn't overwrite the prior 9 years of positive work.

Duck Creek Leadership was a key differentiator in our selection process as well as an implementation model. During the implementation of the suite, we had several instances where we needed to escalate the "situation" and upon doing so - we received the highest level of support and engagement to assist in resolving the issues being raised by the collective team. Duck Creek clearly demonstrated that they were partners in this journey want wanted to ensure our success. What did not work was not a Duck Creek specific situation - the selected system integrator (SI) did not necessarily understand the full capabilities of the Suite which lead to some disconnects between the business requirements and what the Suite was functionally able to deliver on. This disconnect was mitigated when we engaged with the Duck Creek leadership team that resulted in a clear roadmap that was better aligned to business stakeholders.
