I love how customizable features such as the dashboards are, they can be tailored to your organization's needs. Also with the software being cloud-based, it can be accessed from anywhere making it very agile.

The cost of SAP can be off-putting compared to the costs of other products in the market. Using some of the advanced features of SAP can take a while to get used to
