Smartsheet is easy-to-use with an intuitive UI that makes it very user-friendly ti use as a new user and easy to learn. This tool is used by our Project Management Team to manage our project plans for our many clients. Smartsheet covers most of the basic of a project management tool, tasks, milestones and projects tracking. We also use it to assign tasks, track project progress, share documents and manage other work related issues.

Using it with all Office 365 applications provides a valuable experience that streamlines workflow and improves team productivity.

Teamwork, in my opinion, could increase their adaptability and personalization. I wish Teamwork could create default tasks with the touch of a button that we could then adapt for our business. This would considerably speed up our teamwork procedures. With remarks and texts, we can now communicate quickly, use templates to speed up task setup, add clients as participants to streamline communications, and use time tracking to convert our work into bills. We have seen the software improve over the past number of years, and we are quite pleased with the whole experience.

My experience is satisfying because the project is an excellent tool for developing timelines for personal and corporate use. What brings a great experience in my opinion, is the fact of having a strong interaction with the office package allows you to copy information from Excel directly to the project.

Workfront allows us project managers to quickly plan projects using templates and assign a team to each of them, as well as configure tasks, subtasks, deadlines ... I can synchronize all of this with other teams and specific calendars. Worfront project management includes a review and approval process whereby users can tag images, documents and videos to post comments, as well as tag the exact person to make modifications.

We've been using Planview Enterprise One for time tracking, Work management and Resource management and reporting. It's a great tool, easy to use and adopt.

PPM Pro is used across our organization for work intake and project management (both waterfall & agile). We use the Request Module (work intake) for strategic project evaluation and for work intake across several diverse teams. The intake design capabilities are endless. For project work our PMO uses PPM Pro to manage their project portfolios. Non project driven departments use ProjectPlace as their front-end application to manage their initiatives & work. ProjectPlace interfaces with PPM Pro and PPM Pro becomes the reporting engine for those teams.

My overall experience has been wonderful with Microsoft Project Server 2016. We can create enterprises calender for multiple shift and different customer holiday list updation on projects. We can use Time reporting Periods in Time and Task Management for Define Bulk Period Parameters, Define Batch Naming Convention and create Periods. We can use Operational Policy for Active Directory Resources pool Synchornization.

My experience using P6 has been satisfactory, it has interesting functionalities for scheluding construction projects, good options for viewing Gantt Charts and useful graphs for presenting data.
