The analytics dashboards are extremely handy.

Overall, I've had nothing but great things to say about the Gong, team and the tools. While I personally have never had to leverage the team *knock on wood* haha - I do use the tool almost every other day and sometimes multiple times a day. I find it to be an asset when reviewing calls and learning where you can improve your call flow or question asking skills.

I use Chorus for all my calls and its really handy to ensure not missing out on minute details from your conversations. I beleive the Transcript feature of the product can be improvised as Speech to Text is not that great
